Have you ever wondered how you would perform at work if you could manage the stress that comes with it?
What if this stress could be measured with precise, personal data?
According to recent statistics, psychosocial risks and work-related stress are linked to workplace accidents and are becoming a real problem to be solved. In 2020, the leading cause of illness or absence from work was stress, according to projections from the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA).
Furthermore, the European Commission and the Ministry of Health require measurable evidence-based prevention interventions.
Mindfulsafety was created to offer companies this type of measurable intervention, with a staff of instructors experienced in training on psychophysical well-being. This training is based on research in the clinical field, prevention, neurobiology of stress, and biofeedback technologies. These training programs allow participants to gain awareness of their psychophysiological state by simply reading certain physiological parameters such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV) on an app.
HRV (heart rate variability) is a cutting-edge parameter, one of the indicators of resilience and well-being. It is highest in newborns and decreases throughout life, but is partially reversible through specific breathing training and clinical awareness practices. HRV can improve the effectiveness of these practices and their impact on personal well-being.
